Great pre or post work out:
- 2 Ripe bananas mashed.
- 2 Scoops chocolate diet whey protein.
- 2 Large eggs.
- 400g 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt, Total works best.
- 1 Teaspoon of baking powder.
- Ground Flaxseed.
- Cocoa Powder.
- Sliced Almonds or chopped nuts of your choice.
- Fruit – avoid defrosted as it contains too much water.
Mix the ingredients together and add the optional extras, mix well and add to a lined or greased loaf shaped tin.
Bake at 180 degrees, until a knife will go through it and emerge clean.
