Protein Bread Recipe

Great pre or post work out:


  • 2 Ripe bananas mashed.
  • 2 Scoops chocolate diet whey protein.
  • 2 Large eggs.
  • 400g 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt, Total works best.
  • 1 Teaspoon of baking powder.

Optional extras:

  • Ground Flaxseed.
  • Cocoa Powder.
  • Sliced Almonds or chopped nuts of your choice.
  • Fruit – avoid defrosted as it contains too much water.

Mix the ingredients together and add the optional extras, mix well and add to a lined or greased loaf shaped tin.

Bake at 180 degrees, until a knife will go through it and emerge clean.
