How to deal with a Hangover

Hangover symptoms are caused by a combination of toxicity,

dehydration, low dopamine and low GABA.

Continual daily detoxification support.

Take a good multi vitamin every day with a meal and take between 1000 – 2000mgN Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) upon waking every day, NAC is a precursor to Glutathione, the most potent detoxifier in the body.


After a heavy night before going up to bed drink plenty of water (or even better liquid chlorophyl) with 8 – 12 capsules of activated charcoal. The charcoal will claw hold of toxins and drag them out of the body.

Then Take between 500mg – 1000mg of Phenibut* last thing before you sleep, because Phenibut mimics GABA, the calming neurotransmitter, this should help prevent waking up in the middle of the night.

In the morning take a further 500mg of Phenibut to help prevent any hangover anxiety.

Drink plenty of water (liquid chlorophyl) in the morning and have a small black coffee to push dopamine into the synapse. Repeat Phenibut and single shot of coffee throughout the day if required.

Detox Bath

As part of your approach to the above, try and find time for an Epsom salt detox bath. Add 150 – 250g of Epsom salt and 50 – 100g sodium bicarbonate to a hot bath and soak for as long as possible (15 – 25 mins). The Epsom salt will further drag out toxins through the skin. Follow up immediately with a cold shower and lie down, preferably have a 40 minute nap.
