Fat burning snacks

Changing your nutritional structure can be difficult, here are some tips to help you throughout the day:

  1. Coconut oil. Take 2 teaspoons between meals. It is high in medium chain triglycerides (MCT’s) which promote fat burning and can be used by the body as energy immediately. I recommend Coconoil 
  2. Essential amino acids. These will ensure the body spares muscle tissue and burns fat instead. Dosage 5-10g between meals. 
  3. Green Drink, e.g. Goodness Greens by Phil Richards. These are very high in phytonutrients and antioxidants, these help curb cravings between meals.
