“Jodie started with me in March and used the lockdown measures to her advantage, pushing harder towards her goals rather than pressing pause. She swapped the gym for video PT and daily commutes for a bit of extra cooking alongside more workouts!
She’s really taken advantage of this time by putting her focus into her health and achieving outstanding results in a short space of time!
