As a certified functional medicine practitioner I aim to improve my client’s body composition and health simultaneously.

There are a number of reasons why an individual might store excess fat – poor dietary habits, inadequate sleep, stress, gut dysfunction, hormone imbalances and nutritional deficiencies can all contribute towards weight gain.

With every client I identify their personal barriers to fat loss with the aim of correction to maximise their results.
