Pull day…

Good lat alternative exercise for pull day with a great resistance profile, here I’m using an XXL weightlifting belt as a ‘seatbelt’ to lock me into the bench and to prevent the abdominal muscles being overly challenged allowing the focus to remain predominantly on the shoulder extensors throughout the movement.

Give it a try, I’ll even let you borrow my belt.
