Fantastic body transformation from Kim here, almost unrecognisable now in her start photo. Kim came to me with the goal of getting considerably leaner and that’s exactly what she’s done.

In 22 weeks Kim has completely transformed her physique dropping almost 38lbs of fat, going from 12st 8lbs (80kg) down to 9st 12lbs (63kg)

Kim’s next goal is to increase her lean muscle mass whilst maintaining her current body fat so i’ll be restructuring her nutrition and training to accommodate these new goals.
