Eating out and eating in changes significantly when you begin to follow a ‘controlled carb diet’. Nearly all of my clients experience some difficulties in adapting their habits with a view to getting, and remaining lean. The trick to achieving your wellbeing goals is to find new norms that are sustainable and that you are happy with. These recipe pages are designed to help inspire people just starting out on their nutritional revolution and refresh those that need a boost. All the recipes have been tried out by myself or a client.
