Craig Barton UKBFF Transformation

Training for the UKBFF Competition  involved using the same pool of knowledge that I use with all my clients, just to a different degree. My decision to compete  was driven by friends and family who knew about my  passion for this since I started training at the age of 16! A strong support network is key to success in competitions of this nature and I felt like my body was in the right place to start prepping.

These pictures show my transition from  7 weeks out to the East of England Championships.

This journey has been tremendously hard and rewarding in equal measure. I used my extensive knowledge of nutrition, training and physiology to take my body to the next level.

For anyone considering competing or  embarking on their own physical transformation I would offer the following advice:

Get a good support network. Your life will become about training and food which doesn’t always fit in with social engagements and family commitments. You need people who can understand that to be around you. Discuss your plans before hand and communicate the challenges you are likely to face.

Get professional, bespoke nutritional advice to suit you, and stick to it.

Watch your competition. If you are competing visit shows, watch and more importantly learn from what you see, get a feel for the atmosphere of these sorts of events. If you are not competing, you can still observe people at your gym, gain inspiration from success stories.

If you are looking to transform your body shape I would recommend a full Transformation Package. This can be for 8 or 12 weeks and involves the following:

– Full Bio Signature Consultation
– Full Nutritional Restructuring based on your goals
– Full Supplement protocol based on Bio Signature results
– Training program designed for you
– Weekly Training session of 50 minutes
– Weekly email / text support.

If you have any questions please contact me for a free 20 minute consultation.

*The final takes place on Sunday 4th October at Royal Concert Hall, Nottingham. If you would like to support me you can buy tickets here
